For screen resolution and speed: since you choose the basic specifications 1024x768 and N2840 2G+32G, the machine is obviously not clear as 1366x768 or 1920x1080P, the speed is not fast as i3 or i5 or i7 CPU. Please kindly choose higher specifications next time. Thanks. For back up image: we pre-installed the windows system for you. But it's not our fault that you reinstalled the system yourself and it didn't work, And Finally we helped to solve the problem . We highly recommend that customers preferably use our installed system directly after receiving the product. Thanks again for your support!
